Accessibility statement.

Our standards, what's in place, what's limited, and how to report a barrier.

Last updated: April 2026

Our approach

ColonicsFinder aims to be usable by the widest possible audience, including readers with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive disabilities. We reference the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines of the World Wide Web Consortium as our target, and improve the site progressively as we identify barriers.

Features in place

  • Semantic HTML structure with clear heading hierarchy.
  • Keyboard-navigable interface — interactive elements reachable without a mouse.
  • Text alternatives on editorial images where available.
  • Responsive design adapting to screen sizes down to 320 px wide.
  • Readable colour contrast for body text and navigation.
  • Zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
  • Forms with labelled fields and error messaging.

Known limitations

  • Some legacy photography lacks descriptive alt text; we add alt text progressively as content is refreshed.
  • Third-party embeds (Google Maps, Google AdSense, affiliate widgets) follow their own accessibility standards and are outside our direct control.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us — describe the page, the issue, and the tool you are using (browser, screen reader, etc.). Email: [email protected]. We acknowledge feedback within 7 days and aim to address identified issues within the monthly refresh cycle.
